Another month has come and gone, and we are that much closer to Christmas! Kids are making their wish lists, decorations are going up, trees are being pulled out of storage and spruced up and filled out. Even the smells of Christmas are starting to fill the air; cinnamon, apples, spices and sweets. Have you started your countdown to Christmas yet?
Church Events:
- Don't forget about Operation Christmas Child! All orders need to be in by the 22nd of this month so you still have some time left to go to www.packabox.ca and get your shoebox filled!
- Our YouTube channel is officially live! Make sure you head on over and click on the subscribe button and hit the little bell so you can get notified when we go live, or whenever we upload a video. You can find it right here: OneLifeChurch. Since YouTube has updated their terms you will only be able to watch our live streams directly from YouTube so make sure you follow us so you know whenever we go live!
- On November 26th we will be having another day of prayer and fasting with Alberta Prayer and Fasting. Join with us as a province as we pray for our government and all the people of this province
- We are in urgent need of sound technicians for Sunday services and special events, if you are interested please talk to Pastor Mitchell or Pastor Wayne, and we can set up a time to go over training.
- Our regular programs are all starting to wind down, but new ones will take their place in the months to come, don't forget that we still have our Men's Connect going on the following days here at the church:

Saturdays @ 9:30 am with Stuart Thomas
Things to think on:
I know that this email started off with Christmas. Everyone is getting ready for the holiday to come, but what else should we be preparing for? The reason for the Christmas season is right in the name, Christ! Are you preparing for Him? Are you kneeling in prayer, praising and thanking Him for all He has done for you? As we enter into the Christmas season we need to be mindful of what it is all about, keep Christ at the center of your Christmas and start preparing for Him now.
