Things to think on
A good building needs a good support system. This only comes after a strong foundation is put down. But the supports that are put in place are just as important sometimes as the foundation. If you don't have one or the other, a building cannot stand. You have trusses to hold your roof up, you have beams and studs to hold up your walls, floor joists for your floor to be laid on. All of these are important for a building to be completed. We have these things in our lives as well. Our foundation should be laid on God and on His word, but He has given us supports to help us build up our buildings as well. We have prayer to keep us covered and protected and to help build up the walls of relationships with Him. He has given us people in our lives to help us to stand and to stand beside. He gives a place in which we can go to worship and praise Him and be with Him. All of these things are part of the building that God is raising us up to be. If you take out any of these things, your building is just not as strong. Keep building your foundations and your support structures, keep looking for His truth.
