Hello OLC Family! Welcome back to another email update!

Announcements:

-Pastor Wayne and Rose are on vacation for one more week, and this Sunday Jonathan Wagenaar will be our guest speaker!

-Seniors Breakfast is coming up again on Thursday, July 21st at the Nord-Bridge Seniors Centre!

-The last Sunday in July we're having Church in the Park! Together with Streets Alive, the Gate Church, and others from the body of Christ in Lethbridge, we'll be having our Sunday service in Galt Gardens on July 31st! Details to come.

-Almost all of our Connect Groups are taking a break right now. Tuesday Men's Connect is ending for the summer with the last meeting happening July 12th, but the Saturday Men's Connect is still happening throughout the Summer! Corporate prayer on Tuesday evenings will pick back up in August, and everything else will be starting again in the Fall! 

Encouraging Thoughts:

When God is bringing about something new in the earth and in our lives, an essential part of how we must respond is to allow Him to change our thoughts and ideas that are based on our experiences so far. Instead of looking for God's plans to fit into what we know and are comfortable with, we need to look forward with a willing and open heart as He calls us to partner with Him in bringing the Kingdom of Heaven to the Earth! Do not be hindered by what lies behind, but reach forward by faith to what is coming.
