Hello again OLC family! If you missed our service on Sunday, you can always watch it on YouTube or listen to our podcast edition. We look forward to worshiping with you really soon!
Church Events:
- There will be a Seniors Carol Sing on December 15th here at OLC at 2pm! Make sure you come out and join us as we sing some Christmas songs!
- There is a Christmas Craft Night scheduled for December 20th at 7pm. The cost is $15 per person. You can contact the church office for more details!
- Make sure you mark on your calendars that we will be having our Candlelight Service on December 23 at 6pm. This is our time to reflect on the birth of Christ, and to gather together as a church family and celebrate this time of year together.
- With it being December, and the Christmas season quickly approaching, make sure you check with your group leaders to see if and/or when you group will be on a break.
Ministry Highlight: Altar Ministry
Our Altar Ministry volunteers are at the front sanctuary every Sunday. They are there to pray, encourage, lift you up and tear down the enemy's walls. Though you may not personally have had any interactions with them up at the front, they are always there and ready for you if you need them. They take time to listen to you when you are hurting, or rejoice with you when you are happy. They pray for healing, deliverance, provisions, rest, peace, you name it, and they will pray for it. We don't hear it often enough, but a lot of those that come to the front for prayer leave feeling better than when they got there. Take some time to pray for our altar ministry team, and on Sunday make sure you lift them up in prayer as well.
