Connecting Lives, Building Faith, Releasing DestinyHello OLC Family! Welcome to another email update!
As always, if you missed our message from last week, you can head over to our
website or
YouTube page to watch it, or you can listen to it through many of the podcast services available. Our
Sunday

through
YouTube.
Announcements:
-It's Grad season! If you or your child is graduating from high school or any post-secondary course or institution, we would love to honor you! We'll be taking time to do this during the service on June 12th. If you want to be a part of this, please talk to Lainey, or email her at laineyd@onelifechurch.ca!
-We're also hosting a Pot Bless on June 12, following the service! Bring food to share, and join us for a great time of fellowship!
-Many of our Connect Groups are winding down for the summer. Talk to your group leaders to keep up to date on what's happening!
-The Lethbridge Pregnancy Care Centre's annual "
Baby Bottle Campaign" is still going on!
For a couple more weeks you still have the chance to support this much-needed ministry in our community by taking home a baby bottle from the Connect Hub, filling it with cash, coins, or cheques, then bringing it back to the Church by
June 19th! There are also postcards with QR codes to scan for online giving, or you can simply give on their website
HERE.
Encouraging Thoughts:Our thoughts and words are much more powerful than we often realize. Jesus said that when we believe and speak out in unity, we are essentially laying our path for the future. This is true whether we are agreeing for things that are in line with God's Spirit, or if we are agreeing on pessimistic & hopeless thoughts. What we choose to think and believe matters so much.
Faith is the most powerful tool we have been given on this earth, so "let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not lose heart." (Gal. 6:9)
"Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven." Matthew 18:19
